The TV War: How it affects your children!
In past weeks the virtually continuous loop of 24-hour TV news has continued to inflict our children with images of war. The sound and sights of bomb blasts, bleeding shattered bodies, many of them children, and possible worst of all the shouted often hysterical comments of reporters about these events inundate us.

Both the modern work environment and problematic aspects of life are sources of stress. While there are many different work stressors (simply too much to do, harassment, bullying etc.) probably the most potent is a feeling of a lack of control and predictability.
