What is an EAP?
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are confidential, effective, early intervention programs operating in the workplace. These programs address work-related and personal issues which may affect productivity and safety. EAPs assist employees and where appropriate their supervisors, family and peers to resolve personal or work related problems.
