Counselling Manual   pdf Cousellors are a valuable resource to IPS. This manual is to assist counsellors to do the best job possible by giving the current information on our procedures. IPS Clinical Managers will support counsellors in dealing with difficult clinical issues. Our Marketing Director, Bruce Parry, who oversees our clinical services, will assist Counsellors if the Clinical Managers are not available.
