To ensure that you receive information and access to the website of areas which are of interest to you, we have tailored the site with six main user types:

Client Coordinator

A Client Co-ordinator is the person within an IPS client organisation whom is responsible for the EAP program within their workplace. There may be more than one coordinator within a workplace.

After you complete the registration, we will send you a confirmation by Email that you can login to the Client Co-ordinator area.

Client Employee

This is for the employees of our clients. These employees have been educated on the EAP and want more information and perhaps articles etc on issues concerning them. Confidentiality is maintained, please be assured that your place of employment will not be told you are accessing our website.

When registering as a Client Employee, you will be asked to provide your Company Code. Please ask your EAP Co-ordinator for this code.

Public Member

As a member of the public you may be interested in IPS as a Company or EAPs in general. By registering as a public member, you will be able to access limited articles, newsletters and general EAP information.

Counsellor

This area is for counsellors who are employed by, or work on a contractual basis for IPS Worldwide. Information available to counsellors includes a variety of resources which will enable you to be better informed of Ips Worldwide and to better service our clients.

IPS Partner

Partners are other EAP and Human Resources companies whom IPS has a mutual agreement with. These companies may service our employees in other locations and provide assistance in our name.

IPS Affiliate

Affiliates are office locations who may provide services for IPS, but on a less broader aspect than our Partners. The arrangement may not be mutual, or in fact the affiliate is involved on a more general level.
