A key feature of IPS Worldwide is our committment to the employment of qualified and experienced staff.  Certified Employee Assistance Professionals bring to the organisation years of knowledge and applicable experience which assists IPS in the provision of high quality Employee Assistance Programs.  The qualification of being a CEAP is not easy to come by, those who hold the qualification are required to pass a stringent exam and continuing education which is monitored on an annual basis. Robin Smith CEO & Managing Director BA, MPH (Admin), MSc., CEAP Robin Smith is the CEO & Managing Director of IPS Worldwide and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Robin has many years experience in International business as an innovator of health services, owner of a high growth business, leading exporter, leader and mentor. Through these activities she, and her business, have received many awards and accolades including the International Business Award at the Business Women’s Network global summit. Through IPS Worldwide Robin now offers integrated workplace health and human resource services to companies throughout the World. Robin holds BA, MSc, and MPH degrees from US Universities.

Bruce Parry Marketing Director BA(Psych.), Dip. of Adult Ed. M.Ed. (Comm. Man.) CEAP Bruce Parry is both Marketing Director and Trauma Services Manager. Bruce has a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a major in Psychology, a Graduate Diploma of Adult Education, and a Masters Degree of Adult Education with a major in Communication Management. Bruce is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and has spoken at International conferences all over the world. His areas of expertise are in the fields of EAP, change management and trauma management. He has worked with scores of different organisations in marketing, promotion, public relations, training and consulting and has a wealth of practical experience to call upon. He has managed EAPs for more than twelve years and during that time has built up excellent working relationships with key personnel in client organisations in many countries. Bruce has initiated and managed many of IPS’s global EAPs. He travels extensively to meet with clients and IPS’s team all over the world.

Jim Jupp Senior Clinical Manager BA, MA (Hons) Phd, FAPS, CEAP Dr Jim Jupp is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and a Member of the Clinical & Counselling Colleges. He has a Masters Degree of Clinical Psychology from the University of New South Wales and a research PhD undertaken at Macquarie University. Jim has experience as both a Clinical Psychologist and also has substantial experience in the academic and professional field. His academic work involved the training of professional psychologists. His research was in related areas. He has written over 200 articles which have been published in refereed journals. He is a Registered Psychologist in NSW Australia. Most recently he has worked in EAP.

Bonnie McKenzie Senior Clinical Manager BA, MA(Clin.Psych.) MAPS, CEAP Bonnie McKenzie is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional, Fellow of the Australian Psychological Society and a valued member of  other Clinical Associations and several Women’s committees. Bonnie holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology from the New York University. Bonnie has extensive experience with crisis intervention, trauma counselling and various aspects of Organisational psychology. Bonnie is a published author of a variety of publications relating to Occupational Stress, Mentoring and Coaching.  She is a Registered Psychologist in NSW (Australia).

Carolynn Hodges Senior Psychologist BA(Hons.), M Clin.Psych., Dip.Clin.Hyp. CEAP,MAPS, MASH Carolynn Hodges is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional and has an Honours Degree of Bachelor of Arts and a Masters Degree of Clinical Psychology from Macquarie University. Carolynn is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society and also a Member of the Clinical College and the Australian Society of Hypnosis. Carolynn is Registered Psychologist in NSW (Australia) and has worked in community mental health and disability services, both as a clinician and in a research capacity. Her research interests have included Post Traumatic Stress Disorder and Suicide in the Elderly. Carolynn currently works as a Clinical Psychologist, both in private practice and as a Senior Psychologist to IPS, where she has been a team member for over eight years.

John Tutty Principal Consultant Assoc.Dip.Ad. Ed. CEAP / JP As Principal Consultant and Certified Employee Assistance Professional, John has responsibility for marketing and managing EAPs in both the public and private sectors. He has also conducted training in the fields of alcohol and other drug awareness, managed quit smoking courses for individuals and groups and dealt with change management issues. He has a wealth of experience and expertise in both the EAP and training fields. Since joining IPS in March 1991, John Tutty has gained an Associate Diploma in Adult Education from the University of Techonology, Sydney. In 2000, John also became a Justice of the Peace.

* CEAP: This is an Internationally recognised qualification. Those who earn the designation "Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP)" meet the standard of EAP knowledge established by their peers in the EA field. This is demonstrated by passing the CEAP examination, which is developed by the Employee Assistance Certification Commission.
